Description

Broken catch basin cover. This sidewalk was recently repaired after wmaz did a story on wheelchair residents at Saint Paul’s being unable to pass. The city was threatened with an Americans with Disabilities Act complaint. It is broken and dangerous again. I believe this is over a catch basin.
