Description

Parks Department hired a private contractor to take down a dying tree in Beecher Park. This is the mess that was left behind. A large tree trunk and large dead branches strewn about Beecher Park. This is unsightly and possibly dangerous. Who is responsible for finishing the job? Parks or contractor? This needs to be cleaned up and finished before ArtWalk and the Summer Concert Series.
