I am reopening this issue because it has not been complete or fix as indicated on the message send as being close because the work has been completed, I just got to my address and none of the branches have been cut back or clear from the phone / cable lines.
This is the second time that an issue expose using this board has been close with out it being taken care, I believe that responsible parties or City official are closing issues without doing the work so they are not question about noting being done.
Who ever close the issue today should drive down Pratt St. and verify that noting has been done about trimming the trees on the High Street Park of the street.

I am reopening this issue because the reason for which it was initially open has not been taken care, the tree branches sitting on the public utility wire and the ones reaching the house to the point that the squirrels are using them to get into people houses roof and working them self into people homes attic spaces.

I like to thanks the Salem Department of Public Works and the team the takes care of trimming the trees for the great job done on the Pratt Street and High Street Park.
