This time it nearly cost the neighbor their internet, as the fire co was about to cut the line instead of putting it back up easily to the house. fortunately I stopped them. This tree is at risk of losing many more branches this winter. the tree needs to be removed. This is a risk of property damage to cars parked on the street, phone/power/internet lines, to people on the sidewalk walking. Clearly New Haven is okay with this significant and imminent risk.
